Community + Business Growth
Leaders in Action:
Growth Collective
Networking for people who hate networking.
Are you sick of shallow, awkward, chest-puffing networking events? You know the kind.
Everyone gets shoved into the same room and is somehow expected to magically create meaningful professional relationships with zero structure, guidance, or support. Looking at my introverts especially.
Then you leave with 14 business cards, three LinkedIn requests, and absolutely no idea what is supposed to happen next.
As a longtime facilitator, relationship builder, and business owner, I’ve seen firsthand how haphazard and inefficient traditional networking can be.
Leaders in Action: Growth Collective was created to do things differently.
This is a professionally facilitated community for business owners and professionals who want deeper relationships, meaningful collaboration, referrals, mentorship, accountability, and actual movement in their businesses.
What We Value
Deep, human-to-human relationships
No chest puffing. No pretending you have everything figured out. No treating every person in the room like a potential transaction. We create space for honest conversations, open minds, genuine curiosity, and relationships that have time to actually develop.
Real action
Relationships are only powerful when something happens because of them. We prioritize follow-ups, introductions, referrals, collaboration, mentorship, resource sharing, problem-solving, and helping one another move ideas from “I should…” into the real world.
Professional facilitation and guidance
You won’t be dropped into an open Zoom room and told, “Okay…network!” I facilitate the conversations intentionally so you aren’t left guessing how to start, keep a conversation going, or turn a connection into an actual professional relationship.
$40/month
Membership Includes
- Two professionally facilitated virtual meetings each month
- Meetings held Tuesdays from 8:00–9:30 AM
- Occasional guest speakers and experts
- Quarterly in-person mixers
- Opportunities for referrals, mentorship, collaboration, problem-solving, and business exposure
- The ability to cancel anytime by email
Membership requires an application, and not every applicant will be accepted. The intention is to create a room filled with driven, kind, collaborative people who genuinely want to contribute to one another’s growth.
You can try your first meeting and decide if the community feels aligned. If it isn’t a fit after your first meeting, you may request a refund. No refunds are available after that point.
Founding members who join at $40/month will keep that rate for as long as their membership remains active. And because great people tend to know great people: refer someone who becomes a member and receive $40 back.
Want More Direct Business Support?
Members can add KPI-Focused Group Business Coaching for $100/month, meeting once a month.
This is for the person who doesn’t just want another interesting business conversation. You want movement.
We’ll focus more intentionally on the numbers, behaviors, priorities, decisions, and consistent actions that actually grow your business — while giving you a place to talk through obstacles, get perspective, and stay accountable to what you said you were going to do.
Experienced Business Owners: I Especially Want You Here.
If you’ve already built something successful and genuinely enjoy helping people who are earlier in the entrepreneurial journey, this community needs you too.
Your experience matters. Your mistakes matter. Your perspective matters. And mentoring someone else doesn’t mean you’ve stopped growing yourself.
Leaders in Action is designed to create a room where experienced entrepreneurs can share what they’ve learned, expand their own networks and visibility, discover new opportunities, and continue building alongside the next generation of business owners.
If you’re ready to stop feeling like you’re building your business alone — and start surrounding yourself with driven, generous humans who actually want to see one another win — I would love to hear from you.
Applications are reviewed for community fit.
